What is the retainer and fee structure?

Accepted Answer

Our standard retainer is $6,000 (non-refundable), billed against at $600/hour. Deposition testimony is $2,500 for a half day and $5,000 for a full day. Trial testimony is $5,000 for a half day and $10,000 for a full day. Travel time is $185/hour plus expenses.

Initial case review typically begins within 5–7 business days of retainer receipt and execution of the engagement agreement. Expedited review is available upon request.

Yes. We provide comprehensive written expert reports that comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2)(B) and applicable state court requirements. Reports include our opinions, the basis for those opinions, the facts and data considered, and a list of prior testimony.
